Taoyuan International Airport Services(TIAS) is a joint venture Ground Handling company by China Airlines (49% stake share), the Ministry of Transportation & Communications (45% stake share), and United Parcel Service (6% stake share). We provide professional package ground handling services for all customer carriers. TIAS is the major Ground Handling company at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) since 1979 and we have provided ground handling services to almost 2 million flights so far. Furthermore, in 2000, we have our special dispatch team at Taitung Airport (TTT).
